Subject - Upcoming Events of September 2024
Dear Students, Parents, and Teachers,
We are pleased to inform you about the upcoming events scheduled for September 2024 at MGM School. Please take note of the following events and participate actively:

1.    5th September 2024 - Teachers' Day Celebration
On this day, we celebrate Teachers' Day to honor and appreciate our beloved teachers for their dedication and hard work. Students are encouraged to prepare special performances, speeches, and tokens of appreciation for their teachers.

2.    7th September 2024 - Ganesh Chaturthi (Ganpati Sthapna)

The school will celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with the installation of Lord Ganpati's idol on the campus. The celebration will include devotional songs, aarti, and other cultural activities. All students and staff are invited to participate in the festivities.

3.    14th September 2024 - Student Agri Fair: Vegetable Market for Junior Kids
An Agricultural Fair will be organized for junior students, where they will get a hands-on experience in running a vegetable market. This event aims to teach them the basics of agriculture and trading, and to develop their understanding of the local vegetable market.

4.    17th September 2024 - Ganpati Visarjan and Bhandara Prasad Distribution
The immersion of Lord Ganpati's idol (Ganpati Visarjan) will take place, followed by the distribution of Bhandara Prasad to all students and staff. We invite everyone to join this auspicious event and seek blessings.

5.    19th to 26th September 2024 - Terminal Exam Term 1 for Academic Year 2024-25
The first term examinations for the academic year 2024-25 will be conducted from 19th September to 26th September 2024. All students are advised to prepare well and adhere to the examination guidelines that will be provided separately.

6.    28th September 2024 - Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM)
A Parent-Teacher Meeting will be held to discuss the progress of students and to share feedback regarding their performance in the Terminal Exams. We encourage all parents to attend the PTM to collaborate effectively with the teachers for the betterment of their wards.

I would like to start this message by thanking the parents continuous communication with M.G.M. School weather it was through visiting the school and taking to the administration, phone calls, text messages and emails, by doing so. We were able to fulfill one of the main priorities in our mission statement which is being a home joint School as long with improving the school system to meet the needs of both students and parents. Further more.

I would like to thanks the students for their attendance and their cooperation with the teachers. Since the school year has nearly come to and end.
